Disoragnised business

Branch: Parkmore (Sandton), Benmore Road - I booked my car for an electric check in person, then confirmed via email and a day before telephonically. I arrived on time and was told that the autolectrician was not there and I need to come back 2.5 hrs later. I was then told that I will be called when he arrives but nobody called. They tend to blame each other. Generally if a company is badly run managerially, they are shoddy all over. If you care about your car and time, this is not the place to visit.
