Car City Service Nelspruit - ************* and Poor Service

I am highly dissatisfied with Car City Service Nelspruit, Riverside Industrial. I took my VW Polo TSI for service on the 9th of February 2021, not long after expecting the usual phone call saying this and that needs to be replaced. I found it humorous that he told me I had to replace my wipers as well (Him not knowing that I replaced them the week before). Not long after the service (expecting no issues as the vehicle was serviced) I noticed my oil started leaking. Long story short I took my vehicle back only to discover that they stripped the sump plug and had to remove it with a helicoil. Already irritated that I had to take the vehicle back not long after the service and the replaced sump plug, I drove to Pretoria for the weekend where suddenly, the coolant indicator appeared (Guess what! There was a leak somewhere) Furious at this point, as suddenly after the service, my vehicle started giving all sorts of problems, and before the service, I did not have any. I took my vehicle back on Monday and later received a call from Dirk saying there is a leak at the thermostat by the water pump and the whole unit had to be replaced and that they will not take any responsibility for it, as they did not work on the right side of my vehicle. According to the owner “These things happen, and he has replaced 100’s of the units as they are problematic”. - Not astonished by his remark, as I do know he owns a vehicle service and repair business and most likely has replaced 100’s of the units. I do get that these things happen, and the part of the unit is made from plastic and with wear and tear eventually you have to replace the unit, however I replaced the unit in 2019. It could have been a coincidence, but in just a short period after my service my vehicle started giving problems, I do not trust them at all, and I would also not recommend them to anyone.
