Appalling customer see

I placed an order online at Pedros Eyethu Lifestyle in Mofolo Central Soweto.I went to collect my order in store and got an applying service.When I got to the store collection side there was a lady assisting two Uber Eats Guys for collection and then two Rude Guys came and went straight to the lady meaning they were next to be assisted because she knows them and called the guy by his name…I stopped that guy to be assisted because I was first in line it’s a Queuing system for a reason and no one is above the program or was it because the cashier doesn’t know my name that’s why I have to allow such service,that Rude Uber eats guy by the name of Xolani went on to insult me because I told him I will be helped first as I came first!Why does your cashiers priorities these rude delivery guys than follow a simple system!!!!!Your cashier went on and kept quiet instead of calming the situation down people really don’t have manners and I’m really going to take this further
