NEVER NEVER USE CAR SERVICE CITY

Car Service city stuffed up my car, and now the engines is about to cease as the gasket needs replacing.

After going to BMW for years and years with a service plan I thought I would try car service city as they always handing out pamphlets and I went to the branch and they asssured me they are a national franchise and nothing could go wrong - that they are the best and my car would never have a problem. This was for a minor service. They then call me and say that this is wrong and that is wrong and it's going to cost R13k - mistake, should have taken my car to BMW.

On collecting my car the supposed parts that were replaced were minimal, where are the other parts, where ar the parts of all the cars they serviced that day. Very suspicious.

As they said they had to flush my engine, I may experience a bit of oil. Well the oil didn't stop and ruined the paving. I took the car back and showed them the photos of the oil. They kept the car another day - and said that the mechanic had not put the sump plug back properly and all the oil had leaked out everywhere. They refused to give me a work sheet of what they had done to the car. What damage did this cause to my engine which was perfect?

The next day I switch my car on and the check engine light comes on. I was furious, for the 3rd time I went back to car service city - they kept my for another day. They then said there was a slight leak and needed to replace a seal. I was furious as they are responsible for my engine damage, the manager shouted screamed at me, REFUSED TO give me the records of what was done on both occassions. Said it's a new problem - what after they didn't put the sump plug back and stuffed up my engine.

MY CAR IS NOW STUFFED - DO NOT USE CAR SERVICE CITY. BMW WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER AND HONEST. I DON'T BELIEVE CAR CITY USE PROPER PARTS OR EVEN DO WHAT THEY QUOTE YOU FOR.
