BAD workmanship and NONE existant Customer Service

Extremely poor customer service and they treat customers as idiots. They charge for a service and do not deliver. I have never been dealt with in such a poor manner. They are rude and expect customers to return.

They do not take any responsibilty for their own mistakes.

Their counterpart LYNNWOOD LANE fixed my problem and gave me the service a customer is supposed to receive.
