TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - 3 days now and the claim is still not yet approved

I have logged a claim and was told that Car Care Voucher can only approve up to R2500, I was then advised to get at least 2 quotations which was advised it should take up to 1 working day to be approved so my car can be fixed, it has 3 days now and the claim is still not yet approved, poor customer service and I am the one always following up in order to get an update on the claim I am always told that the assessors are still looking into this, I mean a claim on R2500 cannot take this long to approve and the company did not keep to their SLA, no apologies or explanation at all, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
