Refused claim

When I bought my car in 2022, a service from car care was added and I asked about it, I was told, it will cover small scratches and dents lower than my insurance excess amount , I recently had a dent and and scratches, I contacted the company to claim since am paying, they then changed the story from lower that excess to them only giving me a R2500 voucher, regardless of the scratch, I own a green Haval Jolion, all the repair shops told me the paint alone for the car is worth R2700, meaning regardless of the depth of the scratch, their R2500 will not be enough for my kind of car. I pay for their service montly but it looks like I will not benefit from what am paying, I wish the refund my paid premiums and stop deducting because their statements changes when one need to claim.. am very disappointed.
