Great service
Very professional team. The process was a bit lengthy, however once they had all the info they required the case was finalized. Let them know before you send the vehicle in. Take it to RMI accredited shops and find a shop that is fami**** with the claim process.

Unfortunately, we depend on 3rd parties for quotations, etc. This will definitely effect the claim process length, but I can assure you from our side, we handle each claim with the upmost urgency as we understand that it is very difficult and extremely inconvenient without a vehicle.
