CCV don't honour their Refund and Cancelation T&C's

CCV ignore and do not honour their Refund and Cancellation policy. Car was written off recently hence the need for me to cancel my voucher.

They want to pay me a R92,71 refund oppose R1697,50 as per their T&C's! Reffering to the CCV T&C's:

"10. Refund and Cancellation Fees(only applicable to CCV Once Off Products): The voucher may be cancelled by either party giving 30(thirty) days written notice. Upon cancellation you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund after deducting a R500.00 (including VAT) cancellation fee or R3,000.00 (including VAT) for every service request logged. If the maintenance plan was financed, the pro-rata refund will be credited to your credit agreement."

The correct calculation following their T&C's

R6650 (4 year Voucher Value) - R3000 for 1 service request deduction subtotal R3650

679 of 1460 days remaining of voucher 679 ÷ 1460 x R3650 = R1697,50 refund

CCV calculation not following their own T&C's

R6650.00 = Premium for the CCV voucher / 1460 = Policy Period = 4.55 X 781 Days laps of the CCV Voucher (The CCV Voucher was purchased on the 31/12/2021 and the cancellation date is the 20/02/2024) = R3557.29 This is the amount of the days that has already lapsed on the CCV Voucher.

We then take the Premium for the CCV voucher R6650.00 - R3557.29 Days lapsed of the CCV Voucher = R3092.71

We then have to deduct the Service request that was completed (ST***) R3092.71 – R3000.00 = R92.71

The pro rata amount of the CCV Voucher that is still left is R92.71.
