Wow an absolute pleasure dealing with Dune Steyn she has been so exceptional throughout this whole process first dealership RMI approved we’re not willing to help and , she called and explained everything to me and was always encouraging me to try another RMI approved service centre. Constant calling keeping me updated even via emails , as a first time claimer you can imagine the questions I have .
