Frustration

They've had my car for 2 months now to replace block and complete overhaul. The workshop supervisor and the owner (I think) are giving one excuse after the next. I originally asked for some time to pay a deposit which they allowed and I'm geatfull for but around 6 weeks have lapsed since then. The owner used this as one of the excuses(yes can you believe it). They ordered the wrong pistons (most probably my fault too). Then after a week they found that they had the incorrect headgasket(yeah I'm not kidding you). After replacing this there is lack of compression so now they suspect incorrect pistons again. All they can say is they trying their best. And they claim to know exactly what they are doing and that they are suitably qualified. It's costing me a fortune and great inconvenience with only one car available for use. When I tell them this they laugh and tell me they are really trying.
