Bad Bad Bad

I took my girlfriends car for a service to Car care doctor in Montana.

I arranged that the work be done on a Saturday, so that my girlfriend and I dont have car troubles during the week, going to work and getting back.

I asked more than three times during my conversations with the bloke at Car care doctor and specifically stated that it is crucial that it should be finished on the Saturday, i was assured that it will be finished on time.

Can you guess the rest?

Car was not finished Saturday, we went to pick it up Monday after work about 6pm and the car was not even washed. and the bloke was not apologetic about it, he just had 7000 reasons why it was late and not washed. and on top of all that, there are now scratches on the bonnet that was not there before, I am now waiting for a response from them about the scratches

I will not be using them again.
