No care for car or customer

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. They replaced a rather expensive part of the car under the guise that it would fix the faulty wipers I went to repair. When I picked up the car, the wipers were still not repaired. I took the car back upon this discovery, and they had changed management. The new manager admitted that the replaced part has nothing to do with wipers, and also that the "mechanic" and manager who had worked on my car had been dismissed for shoddy work on other customers' cars. Later he covered for the company and backtracked on his statement to avoid the refund I requested. They "repaired" the wipers, (which now don't sit in their original position) and the boot I asked them to fix also does not open at all, after their "fix".
