Rude owner, unprofessional conduct

<p>I phoned this establishment for a quote. I was told that they cannot come to me, that it is impossible, "not how it is done" and that I had to pay to have my car towed to the business. Strange, the three auto-electricians that I spoke to later that day, had no problem whatsoever coming to me. I then asked for a written quote and the (extremely rude) owner told me that that is not the way that he does business and that he doesn't have time for written quotes. So, what if the final amount greatly exceeds the verbal, telephonic quote? The answer: "If you don't like the way I don business, then find someone else". No problem there.</p>
