Lady without wheels

I bought an Jeep that hd a problem with the Engin. I took the Jeep to car boat and truck in stikland late February 2017. After alot of conversation and nothing figured out , decide to put in New Engin. So start Engin searching. Phoned the owner of car boat and truck to say I found an Engin and if he can go view it as I haven't got experience of engines. Sold my car eventually to buy the Engin. With new Engin in Jeep also didn't start so off to Jeep montaque gardens.I asked to take Engin back for a refund so I can look for something else. Owner says he just need to replace two parts from the old Engin. Button story today my Engin which I paid R32500 stands in 100 pieces, even stripped the oil pump. What do I need to do. No he tells me I must bring it back he will put it together again. But where is my gaurentee. How can ppl exploid innocent ppl like this
