Worst car wash ever

I had called ahead and asked for a full house wash, I was told it wouldn't be a problem as long as I got there before 16:30. I then left work earlier in order to get there on time. I arrived at 16:20 and I was told that I was unable to get a full house wash and all I could get was a wash & go. As I desperately needed my car washed I agree to it, only to find out that was the worst decision. My car wasn't even washed, I basically payed them to play with water. I'm sure the rain would have done a better job. For my first time there and and say it was my worst time and I'll never go back.
