no show for appointment made

I emailed Belinda to make an appointment, she rep**** and gave me another date. I confirmed the date and time. She sent me an invoice. I arrived at her studio on the day of appointment only to find no one there. I called and left a message on voice mail. She called me back, she listened to the message but did not know who I was. I explained the emails that had went back and forth between us, she just said she did not have it in her appointment book and can we reschedule. After getting my 6 month old, 2 year old and 3 year old ready for this appointment I was not prepared to reschedule. its disappointing to hear someone to be disorganised after seeing a nice website. really unprofessional service.
