CAPITEC BANK 2 MINUTES IN THE LONEHILL STORE AND I WANT TO HIT SOMEONE

<p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">I arrived at this bank in lonehill shopping centre with my housekeeper to open an account for her.</p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">I am very quickly and rudely asked if she has her ID and MY proof of residence. I say yes to the ID and I want to email them my latest Utility bill for them to print.</p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">I am then summararily told that i cannot send them my utility bill via email for them to print out and I must find a print shop and do it myself. Really???? I then had to spend half an hour finding the print shop and getting it done.</p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;"> Did I want to open an account after this hassle and rude behaviour from an empty bank with no one doing anything let alone the manager who was sat doing nothing. </p> <p style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #555555;">Clearly you get what you pay for here, i.e. no customer service or polite interaction. I was then passed over to another member of staff (Nishav) to open the account for my housekeeper who was very polite and helpful. Pity about the arrogant manager. </p>
