Worst Service from a MANAGER

I would like to bring to your attention the hideous service that I received while at your establishment in Bloemfontein.<br> On Sunday evening we were passing through Bloemfontein on our way to Bethlehem and decided to eat at Captain Dorego's. When we got there we were informed that it would take 15 - 20 minutes for our food to be ready:<br> <br> 8 Piece + chips<br> 1 double cheese burger<br> 2 piece + chips<br> <br> After about 20 minutes we enquired as we were starving and the manager was very rude (I know she was the manager as I enquired with the cashier)<br> She proceeded to inform us that it would take another 10 minutes during which time she was shouting from the kitchen at the staff and cashiers in full view of myself and my family.<br> I was appalled that a manager would act in this way, in front of clientele no less.<br> We eventually got our food at 20:44 after we had placed our order at 20:09 only to discover while we were driving that half the chicken was raw.<br> <br> I am sorry to say but this isn't acceptable - first you get attitude from the manager regarding you enquiry when they don't adhere to the times that they gave us and then we discover that the chicken is raw. Not juts 1 piece but 5 pieces
