Waiting for a hour and a half for food

I always order my food and they bring it to us, today I have orderd and a hour and half later had to go back to ask where my food is. still not ready, and this is only chips and bread rolls, how can it take so long, I had to go back 15 minutes later again. And this is not the 1st time we have problems with this branch in Diamond Pavilion mall.
