Staff are not customer friendly,, its like they just can't wait for us to leave.!

This is with regards to the bad and poor attitude of the staff of that restaurant, the staff doesn't greet she literally just looks you in the eye with that attitude of " what do you want? " They are impatient and rude. I've seen a women with glasses I think she's the manager, shouting at an intern or should I put it as a new colleague after she made a minor mistake. Furthermore if managers and superiors treat their employees like this then it is more likely that we inturn as their customers will experience such behavior from them.
