Snoek fish spoiled and burned

On the 5 th of March 2019, at around 1 o clock, I went to captain doregos in mafikeng to buy lunch. Only to find that when I got at work to enjoy eating my lunch. I found that the chips and snoek fish was spoiled and burned, they cost me R41.00. l still have the food with me for proof. I left them immediately. I've been trying to get hold of them but their phone is busy all the time. I am not happy at all with the food l was served me with.

Please assist me in this case.
