Poor Quality fast food

I purchased take away food for my wife and I to have lunch. Bought A beef Schawarma and Lage Butterfly Hake with chips. The Hake fish batter was very bad and uncooked furthermore the recipe for the batter seems to be ridiculous as we make better fish and chips at home. The Beef Schawarma was also poor and overloaded with mayonnaise and salad to make it look big, disgusting, we wont buy food there again sorry. For a Franchise take away you expect better quality food.
