Poor Customer Service

On the 12/08/2015 I went to Captain Dorego's in QTN at no 9 Hexagon Str I place my order and I was served by the lady called Thabisa. After I placed my order she told me to go and take a seat my food is gonna come soon, I did as she said. I waited for an hour and there was no food coming I go and check, I found her buissy talking with friends I asked her if she ddnt forgot me she checked the slip n continued gossiping with her friends. Then she took a plate n dished up for mi without even apologizing to me n she gave the food, I took the food and took a seat and I realised that the food was cold. I was so ****es and I will make sure I will never go back in that dam shop. Their customer care is so tucked up
