Captain Appliance Repairs - Poor service (or should I say, lack thereof!)

On 11 August 2021, I paid Celumusa Shabangu of Captain Appliance Repairs R2780 to repair my Smeg fridge. He repaired the fridge, which lasted all of two days, never to be heard from or seen again. After numerous requests to refund me my money, as I subsequently paid a competent service provider to repair it for me, he ignores my messages and telephone calls. What gives people the right to take money that doesn't belong to them! He hasn't heard the last from me!!
