When tge time frame has been reached ; another email comes through stating that the will be a delay on your order due to damages occured while it was shipped. When you try to interact no response will be received until you give up. On tgeir webside there is a phrase they use" do not write negative about us before enquiring first with u". This is some sort of a red flag indirectly. They have put this address: no.2 dora street new doornfontein which i believe that place to be chinamall after googling. Buyers should be careful not to fall into this trap as some of us did. Something needs to be done until this blow over.
