Worst service once you've paid you're fees.

So I was a student at Capsicum for 3 years, and had paid my full fees straight up as soon as I registered.

In my second year there I regiestered for a new course, paying the full fees and was later told I couldn't receive a uniform because I was a student already. After arguing and speaking to the Manager, they agreed to give me uniforms. They arrived 3 months later and were a terrible fit! I tried to return it and they kept the jackets but didn't give me new ones or a refund. I had spoken to every staff member in that college and they were all super rude and ***********. They then hired a new student admin Keshree, who was super helpful and actually made an effort to help. However, the higher management was not responding to her either. I then contacted chef Dion himself, who was also very rude and took about 4 months to reply to my emails. He then accidentally sent me an email meant to be sent to the other staff members, basically cussing me out. I was so put off with them and demanded I get a refund. After two years of fighting with them they agreed to give me a refund, I filled in the forms with my banking details and 1 year later I'm still waiting.

They are all super nice and friendly to you before you enroll, but the moment you become the student there it's a complete 180 and all the staff are very rude and ***********, thinking they're doing us a favor, but forgetting that we in fact pay tens of thousands of rands to study there.

They are constantly firing and hiring new staff and lecturers which makes it very difficult to study under so many new people in the same year!

I have honestly told so many people who were instrested in becoming chefs to not even consider going to this terrible college! They really all are not trained to do their jobs.

I feel like I actually learned so much more from watching videos online than I did at this school. Came out with no real knowledge of a real working kitchen.
