EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH CAPSICUM COOKING!!

I'm not sure what it's going to take to cancel a debit order with this company called Capsicum cooking.<br> <br> I tried cancelling a certificate/diploma course with Capsicum in April 2015 due too not coping with the course as my current job which is not in the hospitality industry. <br> <br> There part time course is pretty much a full time course and more geared towards people already in the industry.<br> <br> I sent through an instruction on two occasions to cancel the debit order on 22 April 2015 and 5th May 2015 and spoke with the finance staff via telephone. The debit order still ran end of April and May 2015.<br> <br> I was reassured this query is sitting with the board and that my account will no longer be debited.<br> <br> Their debit orders are structured so you cannot setup a stop order, my bank tried everything for me.<br> <br> Totally unprofessional and someone needs to wake up their accounts department.
