Capsicum Culinary School - 10/10 would not recommend

If unprofessionalism and false advertising had a face.

The only reason I went to the Cape Town campus was the “internationally accredited” appeal. We even had placement companies give speeches and advertise working overseas. After graduating I app**** for these programmed (the exact some ones that spoke to us) only to be told “capsicum Students do not qualify”.

They also said pastry was an 18 month course. It was 4 months. Followed by 5 months of industry interning, once that ended you are just waiting for the diploma.

Not only that, but I did not have a lecturer or a classroom for the first month of studying.

Poor preparation for exams. Thee worst communication with customer service lines and deans.

Such a waste of money.
