Capsicum Boksburg - Part-time student who is being messed around.

My daughter started her Part-time Chef Course in Feb 2020. Lockdown happened and she was told to continue with virtual classes, she pushed through and completed the virtual classes and the assignments. She did the test, everything that was required from her. Now when it came to the industry then there was an even bigger mess up created as the person who had been in charge of the logistics for the part-time students to be sent to the industry did not do her job and she left in Nov 2020. My daughter had to follow up with calls, emails, and WhatsApp to find out where is she is supposed to be to do her industry training. I month later she goes into the Boksburg college to check on her file and see what else she needs to do and she gets one hell of a surprise when she gets told, with 2 weeks left in the industry, that she has been using the WRONG FORMS to complete her industry training!!!!! Capsicum Boksburg has been paid upfront, they DO NOT have to follow up with us on payments, they DO NOT have to send debt collectors to us, they DO NOT have to waste their time in making sure the payments are up to date with my daughter's studies. WHY, WHY, WHY are we being treated like this???? Where is the professionalism that YOU CLAIM on your websites???? This is unacceptable and unexplainable to someone who has given YOU her SAVING that she WORK SO HARD, as in R70K, put together in order to do a Chef Course at CAPSICUM. How dare you waste her time and money like this. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT!!! and I will post this on every single social media platform because as I had requested to speak to a person, but was kept giving email addresses to send my complaint to. You were warned!!!!
