I am very disappointed with the way Capsicum treat their students after so much monies paid you get treated like a ****. I registered to study PC at rosebank branch June 2019. I opted for a cash payments option which is payable within 3 months. We started chasses 2nd week of July 2019. Beginning of August I was taken out of class because I awe some money. I paid the school fees in June and left a balance of R40 000 which was going to be paid by my company. But for some reasons the person that did my registration had put a due date which was never discussed with me. On the form I ticked the box for 3 months which is what I signed for. To cut the story short I paid the R40 000 and sent the proof of payment. That was still within the 3 months as per agreement. The student administrator confirmed the payment and I was told to go back to class. Now months later my account is handed over to the lawyers because capsicum can afford the lawyers. I owe nothing to capsicum and no body even bothered to call me. Wow. This is just not fair. Please help
