very unprofessional people, they do not allow one to have temporary disconnection, what abou the time when i am away from home for a long time, my balance just keep increasing because they do not want to disconnect me. the people who we are referred to , to discuss accounts talk in a very rude way like they are not running a business, stay away from them if you want peace of mind because their wifi is never available and when you call they take forever to solve your matter , that time you are paying, specifically sandra, a very rude old woman. don’t bother signing up with their wifi nonsense type of business
