SO RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL

These people are not serious. They are the worst. We phoned them and messaged them that our network is down and they never came and they so rude. They behave as if we don't pay them. The internet has been down for 2 weeks now and no help or update from them nothing they are so unprofessional. They act as if they don't need our business. We keep on calling they just say we opened a job Car, no other explanation or assurance that they are making an effort to sort out the issue, They have AN I DONT CARE ATTITUDE, I wonder why SO RUDE
