HORRIBLE!! CapriCom Wireless Internet Service is HORRIBLE!!!

I have signed for a 4mbps download speed and 2mbps upload speed contract, but I NEVER get much more than 1mbps for download speed. I’ve been complaining about this but nobody at CapriCom cares. I’ve sent emails to support.. have used their WhatsApp line.. totally USELESS!! It’s really frustrating!! I do not wish this stress even on my worst enemy.
