Horrible Aftersales

Horrible service and really bad attitude when you phone to log a fault, being told I'm the only person out of their 14 000 customers complaining about an issue. I took their second-highest package and still I get treated like trash when I try and resolve this with their technicians. 0/10 Would not recommend...
