Capricom Network

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Capricom Network's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Despite reaching out for installation services a week ago, I'm still waiting for any progress. The technicians assigned to my case have been consistently rude and unhelpful. Even when I escalated the issue to the manager, I was met with further disappointment as they displayed a complete lack of interest in assisting or resolving the matter.

The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by Capricom Network is truly astonishing. As a result of this ordeal, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service in today's competitive market, and I sincerely hope that Capricom Network takes steps to address their shortcomings and improve their customer experience in the future. Until then, I will be seeking alternative providers for my networking needs.
