Broken lifts

We are on our annual family holiday but what a dissapointment. We have been here since the 28 Nov and since we arrived at our accommodation the lift has been broken. Our flat is on the top floor and had to carry all our luggage up 76 stairs. We have complain however nothing has been done and it has been made clear that nothing is going to be done either. My husband and I can not climb all these stairs everyday, our health do not allow it and are now stuck in the flat the whole time. Please can someone assist ti repair the lift so we can enjoy what is left of our holiday
