I paid up my account with them in December 2022. But still by February I'm still not cleared on the credit bureaus and I was promised that I would get a call by Daphne but till today nothing has happened.

Please see below as per our report your account was closed on 31/01/2023.
As per our business rule, we are only allowed to do ITC updates once a month.
Please advise as to where we did not update your ITC.
A paid-up letter was. sent to you on numerous occasions to proof that your account was paid up and closed on our side.
We do our best to assist the clients quickly but unfortunately, ITC updates are only done once a month.
I have also emailed you the full credit report in order for you to see account was closed 31/01/2023.
