Capre Avontuur Ceres-Carole P (***** !)

I am totally disgusted by Capre Avontuur-Ceres, and the owner Carole Kirkwood Pretorius. Back in June She advertised a farm cottage for rent on the Farm Capre Avontuur just outside Ceres for R4,200 per month. I contacted her and she insist I pay a deposit to secure the place.

I paid the R4,200 to her FNB account and let her know I would be moving in the 1st of July. Towards the end of July I could see that my current landlord was going to give me some problems about returning my deposit so I decided to stay one more month. I informed Carole that I could only move in on the 1st of August. Towards the end of July I contacted her again asking a question about Internet Coverage, she then responded to me by saying that she had not recieved the signed lease from me, and as such shw was not going to allow me to rent out her cottage.

She then asked for banking details to return the R4,200 I had sent to her as a deposit. One week later after asking her when the money would be returned she finally said that she had transfered the R4,200 from her FNB account to my ABSA account. Another week passed and still no money, no proof of payment, and now she didnt answer my calls, whatsapp messages, or sms. I am a civil person and do not want to lay a charge of ***** (AS this is obviously what it is) Again she has ignored by deadline of 5pm today to return my money. I;m sure she has run this **** before, as many things are now starting to seem rather odd. Do not try a rent out a "Farm Cottage" from Capre Avontuur-Ceres or trust Carole Kirkwood Pretorius. I paid her money as a deposit for a cottage and now she says you cant have the place, but I am going to keep your R4,200 deposit Big **** and *********. If NOT then PAY BACK MY MONEY!!! Police will soon be involved.
