What a disgusting service at Greenstone Mall Cuppoccinos

0n 04/06/2018 at 14h40, At Greenstone mall I had a terrible customer service experience, I had to wait for 10 - 15 minutes to get the service, the worst part waiters were wandering around chatting to each other without one identifying customers looking for their service. Later, the waiter came I told her how bad is their service but instead of saying something or apologizing she kept quite. Then I requested to meet the Manager, guy with the name tag Mike came, I told him my experience, expecting to get an apology the guy justified the poor service. And asked if I need to order something. It’s so disgusting. I was so ****ed off , I left the restaurant immediately.
