Very bad food and service!

We went to Cappucchinos East Rand Mall on Friday the 4th September 2015. When we got there we had a few people trying to assist us, even the manager visited twice. When our food came the problems started, my husband and brother-in-law had the wings and ribs special, the one plate of food was ice cold and my husbands plate of wings didn't smell to good, but he thought it was the marinate. My brother-in-law send his plate back to be microwaved. When my food came it was over done, I had a chicken schnitzel . We ordered another plate of ribs and wings and cold drink and waited for a very long time, 20 minutes. When the 2nd plate of ribs and wings came, along came the plate that my brother in law had send back to be warmed. This time the smell of the wings was worse! When I tasted it i almost puked! We called the manager and send the food back. My husband asked only for ribs because they didn't really eat. In the meantime we are still waiting for the manager, we were told she is busy in the kitchen. My husbands order of ribs came, he cut the ribs and when he started to eat he saw a piece of steel wool in his ribs. Then the manager came, while i was talking to her, she walked away.
