Utterly Disgusting Service

Sunday my family and I went to the East Rand Mall Cappuccino's. We waited to be served/seated for almost 10 mins. Upon FINALLY getting a seat we sat another 10mins to just wait for our drinks order. Eventually when we placed our drinks order as well as our food order, we had to wait a further 40 mins to receive the drinks. My gran ordered a ****in with her cappuccino and also had to wait nearly an hour just to get it. Her cappuccino was nearly finished by the time her ****in had EVENTUALLY arrived, and that was after we had to BEG the waitress to bring it to her. I mean it isnt even like the ****in had to be baked as it is already pre-made and ready. <br> <br> I ordered the Eisbein Special with Pan fried potatoes, when we got the food, my pan fried potatoes was DRIPPING in a THICK layer of oil and was still raw. It was just one huge ball of oil. Totally disgusting and flavourless. <br> <br> All orders are supposed to come with a veg AND starch, but I had to chose between one or the other. <br> <br> The service is totally disgusting.
