Using clean glasses are not a priority

I went to Wonderboom Junction today , and while walking around decided to go and eat something , I noticed most of the restaurants were almost full , so I went to Cappuccinos , I met a waiter at the door and then decided to Take a table outside as it was very hot , I sat down and decided to order something to drink while I was deciding what to order , so I ordered a milkshake , the water left with my order and I decided what to eat , so I started waiting for him to return ,5min become 10min , this then become 15 min and still I have not ordered anything to eat , eventually he showed up with the milkshake and I even told him that I was afraid to order now as it took 20min just for a milkshake , but I ordered , when he left I wanted to drink the milkshake , just to realize that there was a peace of food in the milkshake , i got up , showed it to the manager and left , what a disgusting waist of my time and experience
