Unpleasant service and food! Managers are useless, that’s the cherry on the top!

Terribly unpleasant experience at Cappacinos yesterday (27/04/2019). We were a table of 4 and each had an issue with our meal. We paid for our entire bill and walked out but before that described the issues with the manageress on duty. She struggled to even utter an apology - really pathetic service from her and the waiter. The focaccia we ordered was burnt and had no taste whatsoever. First set of cutlery received was dirty. Beef burger was half raw. Chips were disgusting and tasted like it was fried in really old oil. Sharing starter of crumbed chicken strips and calamari was awful and tasteless. Calamari was over fried. This place used to be ok but yesterday was off putting and disgusting.
