Terrible service

Attended Cuppaccinos at Wonderboom junction tonight with 8 family members. We all order a full meal and waited more than an hour for the food. By the time the food came, they didn't bring the correct food. Also, found a peace of dry lettuce in my pasta, also, all meats over cooked.

Also, we complained with the manager, and the owner and they didn't seem to care much.

The claimed to have a gas problem but there was no communication from our waiter (Dylan)

Never returning here.
