Spaghetti mop pizza

We went to Cappuchinos Carnival mall on the 11th October to eat something before we watched a movie it was mid afternoon. My girlfriend ordered a pizza and the 2nd slice she took she noticed something in the middle of her pizza it was a piece of spaghetti mop string extremely dirty. Needless to say I was not pleased when I raised the issue with managers they had nothing but feeble attempts at excuses. I dont know whats happening their kitchen but they wont be seeing us ever again. I tried calling the owner but no answer. The store assured me he will contact me so lets see. Neither of us at the table were able to finish our food.
