Shocking quality of service and food - WOODLANDS branch

We have over the years always had good aervice and food at Cappucinos Woodlands BUT tonight (3 March 2022) was shocking and such a diasapointment. ...the waiter was friendly but got ALL our orders wrong...some food came almost a half an hour before the rest of the food...main courses were all incorrect AND cold!!!!!

My wife and kids were just polite and ate their incorrect, cold food...I refused and sent it back. The manager removed my order from the bill which still came to R469 before tip...SHOCKING AMD VERY UNHAPPY!!!!
