Rubber O-Ring in my Pizza
My wife and I went to the Waverley branch of Cappuccino's for a romantic date on Monday night 29/06/2015. We ordered drinks and pizza. When my pizza came I saw an oddly looking olive in it. When I tried to eat it, it tasted like rubber, and I was not able to cut it. I enquired with the waitress about the rubber O-ring and she said she was aware of it, but when she asked the kitchen staff about it, they said it was an olive and that's why she left it as is. She then proceeded to call the manager. The manager apologized for the incident and said that he will compensate me with an R 100 voucher, but he can't authorize the voucher as only the owner of the branch has the power to do so. The R 100 is actually less than the normal price of the pizza. The manager took my phone number and said he would phone me if the voucher is ready for collection. It has been 3 working days and counting now and I haven't heard anything since.

We have had numerous disappointments with this branch in the past, but kept going back as I hoped these let downs was isolated incidents and we were just unlucky. I am starting to think otherwise.
