I've had the worst experience earlier this evening at one of your branches (Mall@Carnival City)

I WAS SERVED FOOD THAT HAD A ****ROACH !!!!!!

This is really disgusting and really beyond me ...that a brand as big as this (Cappucinos) does not take seriously the importance of health and safety precautions
