Rat in restaurant

We visited cappuccino's in Wonderboom Junction and we saw a rat running under the tables and when we told the managers Tawanda and Micheal took it as a joke and didn't have the decency to give us an update about what they will do about the problem. We saw the RAT several times during the evening and WE had to investigate ourselves! The manager's Tawanda and Micheal did NOTHING they just stood there and looked at us while handling this whole situation like a joke.
